Sauk River near St. Cloud, MN served as the perfect backdrop for Cassi & Logan’s fall engagement session. I first met Cassi in 2021 when she inquired with me for a photo session for her and Logan’s 6 month dating anniversary. She found me on google and loved the work I did and wanted to capture this fun moment in their lives. At the session I got to know the both of them and I could tell that they were perfect for each other. We had so much fun together and I was just hoping I would get to hang out with them again in the future

Fast forward to summer of 2023, I was so excited when Logan messaged me on Instagram that he was going to be proposing to Cassi that weekend and they knew immediately that they wanted me to photograph their wedding. I felt so over the moon for them both and I am so excited for their wedding this August!

There is just something magical about a Fall photo session. The incredible colors, crisp air, and a sense of joy that people love to spread. Our time together started at the beautiful Sauk River where there is a shallow bend with beautiful rocky beach. We galavanted, balanced on rocks, and then ventured into the forest. It was breathtaking!!

I will be forever thankful that Cassi stumbled upon my work 3 years ago as they have now become some great friends <3
